BBQ Beef Burgers

Super Infresco Burger Recipe

It's all about the patty

Beef Patty ingredients

500 grams of quality beef mince

250 grams of pork mince

3 eggs

2 Cups of fresh breadcrumbs

1 onion finely diced and cooked until soft

1 tablespoon garlic cook with onions as above

3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons of Aussie smokey barbecue seasoning 

season with salt and peper 

Mix all together and form the patty making 8

Grill until cooked

also grill some tined pineapple slices for a sweet surprise 

serve with a warm caramelised onion and melted cheese

The burger construction

 8 tasty brioche buns

8 slices of tomato

 8 leaves of coz lettuce

 garlic aioli for the top

tomato sauce on the patty

your best pickle.
