Chicken Harissa and Honey Skewers
1 kilo of 1 cm Diced Chicken Breast Cubed
2 Tablespoon Harissa Spice
1 teaspoon of of good quality honey
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

In a bowl combine 1 kg of diced chicken cubes, 2 tablespoons of harissa spice 1 teaspoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Marinate for 2 hours then place on wooden soaked in water skewers
Cook chicken kebabs on Medium heat an oiled barbecue grill until cooked through internal temperature 75 degrees ,Chef Tip char grill for extra flavour
Transfer to a plate, cover loosely with foil and rest for 2 minutes.
Remove skewers from the chicken—spread pitas with yoghurt. Divide salad mix among pitas, then top with chicken, onion and a little natural yogurt and squeeze of fresh lemon .
