The Best BBQ Pizza Recipe EVER

Introducing our remarkable Poolish Pizza Dough a masterpiece of culinary ingenuity that transforms every pizza slice into a gastronomic delight. Crafted through a meticulous process inspired by the time-honored French "poolish" technique, this dough is a testament to the marriage of science and art in the world of pizza creation.

Poolish Pizza Dough begins with a pre-ferment – a mixture of flour, water, and a dash of yeast – left to ferment and develop complex flavours overnight. This initial fermentation not only enhances the dough's taste but also contributes to its airy structure and perfect chewiness.

When combined with premium ingredients like high-protein flour and a touch of sea salt, the pre-fermented poolish creates a dough that's nothing short of exceptional. The extended fermentation process imbues the dough with a distinct character, resulting in an outer crispness that harmonizes beautifully with the tender interior.

The magic doesn't stop there. The unique flavours that emerge from the poolish fermentation add a new dimension to your pizza experience. Imagine the subtle tang that whispers through each bite, a testimony to the care and dedication that go into creating this dough.
