Recommended Shelf life: Once opened, it is best to use within 6 months for optimal freshness and quality.
🔪 Recipe Idea: Texas-Spiced Beef Roast
Generously rub Texas spice all over a 2–2.5kg beef blade roast.
Marinate overnight in the fridge for maximum flavour.
BBQ over indirect heat at 160–180°C for 2–2½ hours.
Check doneness:
Rare: 50°C internal temp
Medium Rare: 55–60°C
Well Done: 60–70°C
Rest for 15 minutes under foil before carving and serving.
🥩 Texas T-Bone Steak Method
Pat steaks dry and coat both sides with Texas rub.
Let sit at room temp for 30 minutes to develop flavour.
Grill on high heat for that perfect charred crust.
Flip and cook to your preferred doneness:
Medium-Rare: 3–5 min (55–60°C)
Medium: 5–7 min (60–65°C)
Medium-Well: 8–10 min (66–69°C)
Rest before serving for juicy, tender results. Thicker cuts? Finish in the oven for perfect doneness.
