🧑🍳 Try this: Smoky BBQ Chicken Thighs
You’ll need:

6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

3 tbsp Australian Smoky BBQ Rub

1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tbsp honey (optional)

Lemon wedges to serve
Directions:

Preheat oven to 200°C or heat BBQ to medium-high.

Pat chicken dry, toss with oil, and rub generously with the BBQ rub.

Oven: Roast skin-side up for 35–40 mins.
Grill: Cook skin-side down first, 6–7 mins each side. -
Optional: Brush with honey in final 5 mins for a sweet smoky glaze.

Rest, then serve with lemon wedges.
