Recommended Shelf life: Once opened, it is best to use within 6 months for optimal freshness and quality.
Recipe: Sticky BBQ Ribs
- 4 cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- 250mls of our premium stick BBQ sauce
- 150ml vinegar
- 300ml water
- Coat 4 pork ribs racks generously with the Carolina spice mix and marinate for 1 hour or overnight if possible.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). In a roasting tray, place the marinated pork racks.
- Cover the pork racks with sticky BBQ sauce and add in spices, vinegar, and water to the tray.
- Cover the tray with baking paper and wrap it tightly with foil to create a sealed environment.
- Cook the pork ribs in the preheated oven for approximately 2 hours until they are cooked and tender.
- Once cooked, remove the pork ribs from the oven and serve them as desired.
