🔥 Purple Glaze – Pepper Plum Sauce

Instructions

Marinate the Pork
In a bowl, mix: - ½ cup Purple Glaze
- soy sauce
- garlic
- honey (if using)
Add pork and coat well. Marinate at least 20 minutes, or up to overnight. -
Pan-Sear the Pork
Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Remove pork from marinade (keep remaining marinade aside).
Sear pork 3–4 minutes per side until browned and slightly crispy. -
Add the Glaze
Reduce heat to medium. Pour the remaining marinade into the pan.
Cook another 3–5 minutes, turning the pork until the sauce thickens, becomes glossy, and coats the meat. -
Rest & Slice
Let the pork rest for 5 minutes. Slice into strips or serve whole. -
Serve
Spoon extra glaze from the pan on top.
Garnish with spring onions, sesame seeds, or chili.

- Add to a quick stir-fry with capsicum, onions, and snow peas
